1. Services
We provide comprehensive property management services, encompassing marketing, guest communication, maintenance coordination, and revenue optimization. Specific services are outlined in the signed management agreement.

 

2. Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property information and ensure legal rental eligibility.

  • Maintain property insurance and comply with all applicable laws.

  • Grant timely access for inspections, maintenance, and guest stays.

 

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Follow all house rules, HOA regulations, and local laws.

  • Treat the property with respect and report any damages immediately.

 

4. Payments & Fees

  • Management fees are outlined in your signed agreement.

  • Guest bookings require full or partial payment at the time of reservation.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or penalties.

 

5. Cancellations

  • Guests must follow the cancellation policy outlined in their booking confirmation.

  • Property owners may terminate with [X days/weeks] written notice per agreement terms.

 

6. Liability
Wander Yonder Management is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by natural disasters, unforeseen events, or guest negligence

  • Personal injury or damage to personal property during a guest’s stay

  • Discrepancies caused by inaccurate information provided by the property owner

 

Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

 

By engaging with Wander Yonder Management, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests while at the property.

  • Wandering Yonder Management and the property owner are not liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • All guests and owners must adhere to property-specific rules, local laws, and safety requirements.
